Ordering Online
Please
use our secure shopping cart to place your order. Upon receipt of
your order, we will send you via e-mail a confirmation of your order that
will include the shipping costs and the total due.
Ordering by Mail
If
you'd rather not shop online, please click here for our printable order form. Please print
out this form, fill in your order, and mail it to us, along with your
payment (check, money order or you can provide your credit card
info). Please also include your email address if you have one so
that we can email you and advise that we have received your order and
when it is shipping out.
Accepted Payment Methods
We
accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. For your
security, credit card details are collected via our SSL secured server.
Special Orders
If
you don’t find something in our catalog that you are looking for please
feel free to e-mail us at customerservice@crossstitchkeepsakes.com
as it may be an item that we have not yet added to our online
catalog. We will be glad to special order it for you if it is
something that we do not have.
Damaged Shipments
Damaged
goods must be reported to us within 24 hrs of receipt. All products
leave our facility in good condition. Please e-mail us at customerservice@crossstitchkeepsakes.com
with your phone number and description of problem and we will get back to
you as soon as possible. No returns for credit or replacement will
be accepted without prior authorization from Cross Stitch Keepsakes.
Returns/Refunds
Returns
are not allowed on leaflets/charts/chartpacks,
fibers, or opened kits. Other returns may be made within 10 days of
purchase with prior authorization. Please e-mail us at customerservice@crossstitchkeepsakes.com
with the information on what you would like to return and why. If
you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, there will be a 10%
restocking fee and you are responsible for freight back. If we made
an error, then we will gladly take merchandise back and reimburse you
freight charges back via the cheapest way. Your satisfaction is our
main concern.
Pricing
Please
check our website often as pricing is subject to change at any
time. Pricing will not change once you have placed your
order. If items are on sale or clearance, the sale/clearance price
will automatically come up in the shopping cart.
Shipping
We
will do our best to ship within 24-48 hours of receiving your
order. If there are any delays we will notify you via email.
We will also email you when the order ships, letting you know when it is
shipping and if it is shipping complete or if there are any backorders.

States will be shipped either U.S.P.S.

containing more than 3 frames will be charged actual shipping charges if

International Rates

and Canadian orders are welcome. On international orders, you pay
for the product and our standard shipping charges when ordering
and we ship via USPS Airmail. If the airmail charges are more
than our standard shipping charges, then we will email you the actual
shipping charges after it has shipped, will
automatically process thru the additional shipping charges due to your
credit card.
