This is how it works:  Click on the Merchant Mall graphic above. You then go shopping at Hoffman Distributing’s site. Your charts are put into a shopping cart that is linked back to us at Hoffman. Your orders are processed thru our shopping cart with Hoffman and are sent to us. At that time, we process your credit card and mail the order to you. Hoffman does not send the order to you……Cross Stitch Keepsakes does.

For any order placed here thru this shopping cart we will deduct 10% from the regular retail price for charts only. Also note that your card is not charged until your order is about to be shipped, so feel free to use our regular cart on our website as well to order any additional supplies you require and we will combine your orders together. Simply put a note in the comments section of the order placed thru our web-site stating that you placed a HOFFMAN DIST order also and we will match them up.

In the event that you order a title that we do not have in stock, then this will be added to our weekly order that Hoffman will be sending us and we will ship it to you when it arrives. This new merchant mall gives you the ability to order any one of the thousands of charts that Hoffman carries, not just the ones that we offer on our site.

At this time we can accept credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) orders only thru this merchant mall. If you wish to use another payment type, email us for instructions. If you have any other questions, please feel free to email us.

Also, our standard shipping rates will apply. Hoffman is limited on how much info we could enter for our shipping rates. . . . . these are our standard rates that will apply to all orders placed thru the Merchant Mall:

International orders will be charged actual shipping rates if they exceed our standard rates from above.
