“Keep 'em Comin'” Club …..what is that, you say?  It is an automatic program for those of you that want to get all the new charts and kits from your favorite designers or fiber collections from your our fiber suppliers just as soon as they arrive on our doorstep.  And you can be part of it.

To join is pretty simple.  For those of you that repeatedly buy a certain designers charts or kits just as soon as they are released, then this club is for you.

First, fill out the form below which includes your name, address, phone number, email address and payment method (credit card, paypal, check or money order.) We prefer that you use a credit card for the “Keep 'em Comin'” club, so that as soon as we get the charts or kits in, we can ship them right out to you. We keep your credit card on file, and automatically charge and ship to you just as soon as the goodies arrive.  NOTE: we will not charge your card until the product arrives and is ready to ship. But, if you prefer another payment method, we will accept that as well.  This just might delay the shipment in going out to you right away. Shipping is FREE on all automatic shipments. AND if you remain in the club for the whole year (for whichever designer(s) you pick, you will get a voucher at the end of the year for $25 to spend as you wish. (one voucher total – not one voucher per designer).  AND Mid-year there will be an added surprise for Keep 'em Comin' Club members only. But we won’t tell you until Mid-Year what that will be.

Then, proceed to the remainder of the form and check which designer charts or kits you would like to receive. When you check a box we will send you only 1 of that item. If you would like more for any reason, please note that in the comments section. Hit submit….and voila….the form comes to us and you are now part of the “Keep 'em Comin'” Club. Then you will be sent to a page where you can link to our secure message board to enter in your credit card information. This is a secure message board as part of our shopping cart and we assure you by clicking on this link and going to this page, it is SECURE. In the POST MESSAGE area type in cardholder name, card#, exp date and the CVV2 number which is the 3 digits on the back of your card to the far right of your card number. This CVV2 number is very important. This number is an extra security measure when processing cards, so please provide this number. You can also make any other comments if needed at this time. Then once we have your credit card info, you are set to go. Just wait for the postman to deliver your packages.

We know that a lot of you like to buy the fabric and embellishments or button pack (if there is one) right at the same time you are purchasing the chart. That is one of the nice features of our site. But, since we don’t know until we receive the new charts, what fabrics and embellishments are required, so we have decided to ship the charts only and then once you receive the charts you can order from our site the rest of the stuff to go with it if you want. We tried to send the fabric/embellishments with the chart, but it just seems to delay the shipments and many people did not like the delayed shipments. So if you would like the goodies to go with the charts (fabric, embellishments, etc) that you get on the automatic shipment, simply visit our site once you receive your charts and you can find all of the other items available for sale.

PLUS we have added FIBERS to our Keep 'em Comin' Club.  When the fiber manufacturers come out with new colors, you can be the first to get them sent right to you.  Gentle Arts Sampler Threads and Weeks Dye Works usually release new colors at the market times which are in February and July usually. Crescent Colours and Six Strand Sweets release new colors at different times throughout the year.  So if you want to get the new colors when they come out, sign up and they will be sent right to you.  We will offer the fibers for sale as a FULL COLLECTION, which will mean a full collection of all new colors released. We will send only 1-set.  If you want more than 1-set, add that in the comments section. You might want to pick up an extra set for that special stitcher friend.  We have had many requests to do this and now you can get them all just as soon as they are released. Remember, SHIPPING IS FREE.

This Club is a great way to get all of the new releases not only in charts but in fibers as well, sent to you just as soon as they arrive on our doorstep.  If you wish to cancel your automatic program at any point in time, simply email us and let us know and we will remove you immediately from the program. That will take affect on the next chart, kit or fiber collection that arrives. It will not apply to any items that may have already shipped.  If you wish to just change your automatic at any time after you have signed up, simply email us.  If you are adding to the auto club, you can just re-sign up here with the additions.  But, if you are changing something that you have already signed up for, email us the changes.

NOTE: Once you sign up, all charts, kits or fiber collections will ship to you automatically and your card will be charged. No previewing of items to make sure you like them before they ship and no returns on items that have shipped to you on the “Keep 'em Comin'” club that you might have decided that you don’t like when you get them. All designs and fibers just Keep Comin' and ship automatically…that is why it is called the “Keep 'em Comin'” Club.
